**Job Summary**
Grundfos GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Line Engineer to join our sales team. As a Front Line Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class customer service and support to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide primary support for day-to-day and escalated inquiries regarding the Order-to-Delivery process and tools.
- Support the incoming complex orders, whether manual or electronic, to ensure fast and accurate order management in line with world-class customer service.
- Contact customers or internal stakeholders to resolve missing order data at the time of entry into SAP for complex orders.
- Assist customers with order progression and supply chain issues.
- Proactively work with Finance on credit control to ensure disputes and invoice queries are actioned and completed.
- Use SAP/BW reports to execute SAP housekeeping, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Support customer order changes and interaction with External Sales, Finance, and the Supply Chain.
- Promote digital tools towards customers using templates.
- Consolidate shipments when necessary for complex project sales.
- Ensure extra documentation when handling export sales.
- Record customer complaints and requests for customer product returns.
- Analyze statistic data to determine adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Plan and prioritize work tasks to ensure service delivery is not compromised.
**Requirements**
- Mechanical, hydraulic, electrotechnical, thermomechanical engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
- Recent graduates in Engineering are a possibility.
- Previous experience within customer services is preferred.
- Organizational skills and accountability.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Good communication and networking skills together with the ability to build strong and trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Written and spoken English.
