We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our EMEA Sales Engineering Team in Spain. This role will support the sales campaign to communicate the value of and deploy evidence capture devices, digital evidence management solutions SaaS and on-premise solutions to Public Safety Agencies across Southern Europe.

About the Role

This is a quota-carrying, customer-facing front line role that facilitates and influences product enhancements and the deployment of Axon Enterprise's products and solutions. As a member of the team, you will use your experience with Software as a Service (SaaS), on-premise software, networking, installation, configuration, and excellence in supporting highly impactful PoC's to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales campaign to communicate the value of and deploy evidence capture devices, digital evidence management solutions SaaS and on-premise solutions to Public Safety Agencies across Southern Europe.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize technical expertise to provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers and partners.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a strong understanding of the Public Safety industry and be able to articulate the value proposition of Axon's solutions. In addition, you should have experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) and on-premise software, as well as proficiency in networking, installation, and configuration.
