About The Role
About this opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Support the People Development Team to deliver the people development strategy and enhance knowledge, skills, and engagement.
- Coordinate the end-to-end organization of training events, including scheduling, ongoing communication with delegates, attendance, and evaluations.
- General People Development Team administration, including managing training records, responding to training and apprenticeship queries, LMS administration, and processing invoices.
- Prepare information and statistics for reports and manage the People Development Team communication plan.
- Support the maintenance of the People Development intranet pages and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be a contributing member on project teams to support delivery of People Development Team and People Team projects.
- Creation and development of People Development Team resources to support development programmes and initiatives.
- Support, monitor, and continually improve the systems and processes associated with coordination and administration of People Development activities.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Experience working in a HR or Learning and Development Environment.
- Experience in managing and/or using an LMS system.
- Strong IT Skills.
- Ability to manage varied workload and keep to deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team both virtually and face-to-face.
- Communication skills to work consultatively and effectively with various stakeholders.
- Solution-oriented problem-solving.
- Customer-focused.
- Analytical.
- Creative thinking.
- Drive for results.
- Professional level of English.
- University degree.
