Gleeds is seeking a highly skilled People Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our People Development Team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing knowledge, skills, and engagement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate People Development Programmes: Support the delivery of our people development strategy by coordinating end-to-end organization of training events, including scheduling, communication with delegates, attendance, and evaluations.
- General Administration: Manage training records, respond to training and apprenticeship queries, LMS administration, and process invoices.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare information and statistics for reports and manage the People Development Team communication plan.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders and be a contributing member on project teams to support delivery of People Development Team and People Team projects.
- Resource Development: Create and develop People Development Team resources to support development programmes and initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Support, monitor, and continually improve the systems and processes associated with coordination and administration of People Development activities.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Experience in a HR or Learning and Development environment.
- Strong IT Skills and ability to manage varied workload and keep to deadlines.
- Excellent Communication Skills to work consultatively and effectively with various stakeholders.
- Solution-Oriented Problem-Solving and customer-focused approach.
- Professional Level of English and a university degree.
