About the Role
About this opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the People Development Team to deliver the people development strategy and enhance knowledge, skills, and engagement.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end organization of training events, including scheduling, communication with delegates, attendance, and evaluations.
  • Provide general People Development Team administration, such as managing training records, responding to training and apprenticeship queries, LMS administration, and processing invoices.
  • Prepare information and statistics for reports and manage the People Development Team communication plan.
  • Support the maintenance of the People Development intranet pages and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be a contributing member on project teams to support the delivery of People Development Team and People Team projects.
  • Creation and development of People Development Team resources to support development programs and initiatives.
  • Support, monitor, and continually improve the systems and processes associated with coordination and administration of People Development activities.

About You
Requirements

  • Experience working in a HR or Learning and Development Environment.
  • Experience in managing and/or using an LMS system.
  • Strong IT Skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and keep to deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team both virtually and face-to-face.
  • Communication skills to work consultatively and effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Solution-oriented problem-solving.
  • Customer-focused.
  • Analytical.
  • Creative thinking.
  • Drive for results.
  • Professional level of English.
