About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a People Development Coordinator, where you will play a key role in enhancing knowledge, skills, and engagement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the People Development Team in delivering the people development strategy
- Coordinate the end-to-end organization of training events, including scheduling, communication with delegates, attendance, and evaluations
- Provide general administration support to the People Development Team, including managing training records, responding to training and apprenticeship queries, LMS administration, and processing invoices
- Prepare information and statistics for reports
- Manage the People Development Team's communication plan
- Support the maintenance of the People Development intranet pages
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to project teams to support the delivery of People Development Team and People Team projects
- Develop and create resources to support development programs and initiatives
- Monitor and improve systems and processes associated with coordination and administration of People Development activities
About You
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in HR or Learning and Development, who is able to manage a varied workload, work independently and as part of a team, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience working in a HR or Learning and Development environment
- Experience in managing and/or using an LMS system
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to manage varied workload and keep to deadlines
