YOUR ROLE

We seek a skilled, innovative, and data-driven Global Brand Communication Strategist to join our global brand team and guide the development of Glovo's brand equity worldwide. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that enhance brand equity, effectively convey Glovo's value proposition, and resonate with a variety of target audiences.

This position demands a strategic thinker with a creative flair, exceptional project management abilities, and a passion for developing impactful communications that engage consumers globally.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the complete development of global television campaigns, from project planning and concept creation to consumer testing and production;
  • Cultivate relationships with creative agencies and production firms to generate high-impact communications that resonate across diverse cultures and markets, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets;
  • Participate in the ongoing refinement of Glovo's global communication strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's brand objectives and evolving business goals;
  • Collaborate with and support regional and local marketing teams to uphold brand integrity while localizing content;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design and performance marketing, to establish a strong pipeline of digital communications aimed at accelerating new customer acquisition;
  • Monitor and manage the global communications budget.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience, preferably in brand management or communication roles (experience in FMCG/CPG is advantageous);
  • A university degree in Business Administration or Marketing;
  • A solid understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate it into compelling television creatives;
  • Hands-on experience in the full process of television campaign development, managing agency relationships, and providing constructive feedback;
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering high-quality campaigns within set timelines and budgets;
  • Demonstrated experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (including ATL & BTL);
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling techniques;
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies;
  • Proficiency in analyzing and utilizing data and consumer insights to inform strategic decision-making;
  • Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
