We're on a mission to give everyone easy access to anything in their cities. As a key member of our global brand team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our brand strategy and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced brand management professional to lead our global brand strategy, including commercial communication, design system, and consumer research. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing a continuous pipeline of global and regional advertising campaigns, as well as defining our internal design system and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the global marketing comms strategy, including offline and online advertising campaigns for 20+ markets
  • Develop and implement a global consumer research stack, leveraging quantitative and qualitative research to understand key consumer needs and measure brand awareness
  • Design and implement a global design system, ensuring consistency across all media touchpoints
  • Collaborate with local teams and key stakeholders to ensure effective localization of advertising campaigns and assets
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in brand management, ideally in the FMCG industry
  • Passion for consumer understanding and advertising development
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end development of advertising campaigns
  • Strong consumer understanding skills and experience with quantitative and qualitative market research techniques
  • Solid leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
