Technical Sales Manager Food Ingredients

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Geiger Food Ingredients Recruitment & Consult. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our business with existing customers and identifying new opportunities in the food market in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial food customers in Spain.
  • Provide technical and commercial knowledge of cereals, grains, flours, and flakes to customers and suppliers.
  • Manage customer and supplier relationships, including negotiating with suppliers.
  • Conduct market analyses to understand supplier and customer needs, assess competitive landscapes, and identify new opportunities.
  • Act as Product Manager for various product ranges and/or suppliers, taking responsibility for the relationship and purchases with them.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Food Technology or Food Chemistry.
  • Ability to solve technological problems and passion for food product development.
  • Exceptionally good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • High willingness to travel.
  • Very organized, reliable, positive thinking.
  • Very good knowledge of Spanish and English (fluent in spoken and written).
  • Valid driving license.
