About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Sales team at the Alpega Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct lead generation activities to maximize market exposure and identify potential customers.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and corporate events.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to secure new accounts.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers at targeted accounts.
  • Collect and analyze customer data to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to achieve quarterly lead generation goals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales or lead development experience.
  • Native or near-native level of English.
  • Good to have a second European language (French, Dutch, Spanish, others).
  • Advanced level of French ideal but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of the software/IT industry and transportation and logistics requirements (ideal but not mandatory).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in active listening, effective telephone skills.
  • Demonstrated sales aptitude with relentlessly high standards and the desire to proceed on with a sales career.
