EMEA Talent Management Performance and Processes Senior Manager

About the Role:
The EMEA Talent Management Performance and Processes Senior Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring talent management processes for ongoing performance management and succession planning. This includes providing a framework for individual career management and collaborating with the development of EMEA Key Talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to embed a high-performing culture through talent management processes.
- Prepare and execute annual talent reviews and succession planning processes at a country, divisional, functional, regional, and enterprise level.
- Work closely with data, analytics, and insight teams to gather comprehensive data and support talent management, HR, and business strategy.
- Provide support and consultation to EMEA HR business partners and country HR leads in delivering divisional and local talent reviews.
- Drive all activities associated with the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, performance rating calibration, development planning, and feedback culture.
- Support performance management processes for EMEA senior leaders.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of individual top talent and leadership teams.
- Ability to work closely with other EMEA talent managers and the global enterprise talent management team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
