We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Management Performance and Processes Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our EMEA Talent Management team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and monitoring talent management processes that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Reviews and Succession Planning
- Develop and execute annual talent reviews and succession planning processes at the country, divisional, regional, and enterprise levels.
- Work closely with data analytics teams to gather insights and support talent management, HR, and business strategy.
- Performance Management
- Drive all activities associated with the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, performance rating calibration, development planning, and feedback culture.
- Provide support and consultation to EMEA senior leadership and HR leadership teams on performance management processes.
- Key Talent Development and Career Management
- Support key talent group members in their career progression through regular career conversations and individual development planning.
- Collaborate with the talent development team to design and deliver key talent programs and development paths, ensuring alignment with the overall talent strategy.
- Lead and manage the execution of key talent coaching and mentoring initiatives.
- Proven experience in talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of operational and strategic talent management cycles and processes.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to serve diverse customer groups.
- Relevant coaching certification and experience, or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
