About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Account Management Specialist to join our client's team in Dublin. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading technical onboarding for new clients within the designated region.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay knowledgeable about technical integrations with software partners, ensuring comprehensive support to clients
  • Assess client needs and goals to plan for seamless integration with their existing systems, technologies, and infrastructure
  • Support new clients throughout the onboarding process, helping them achieve successful outcomes
  • Foster long-term partnerships by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Stay up-to-date on the features, functionality, and practical applications of all product offerings to offer expert guidance
  • Manage accounts directly, striving to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Analyze data to identify key opportunities, and implement data-driven strategies to boost sales growth
  • Collaborate with marketing to create and deliver high-quality onboarding and troubleshooting materials for new customers
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and engineering) to ensure alignment and success
  • Keep informed on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, providing valuable insights to both clients and the sales team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in account management, partner support, pre-sales support, post-sales support, technical issue resolution, or client-facing technical discovery
  • Native or fluent in French (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
  • Experience in industries such as online brokers, online marketplace software, IT services, or the SaaS sector is preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent project management abilities
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to guide decision-making
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
  • Comfortable working in both strategic and tactical roles, especially in dynamic or ambiguous environments
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and balance immediate needs with long-term goals

Salary and Benefits: The remuneration package for this role includes a competitive salary based on experience, skills, and performance. The estimated salary range for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
