About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Global Sales Performance to join our team at Criteo. As a member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the compensation philosophy of our company and driving business outcomes.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design and implement incentive strategies that drive results.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, finance, and cross-functional teams to define key metrics and drive business outcomes.
