Your Role and Responsibilities

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting and guiding end users on how to use standard office applications and best practices;
  • Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues related to hardware, software, and other IT services in collaboration with employees;
  • Handling the technical aspects of onboarding and off-boarding employees;
  • Installing and deploying hardware using Intune and Autopilot tools;
  • Maintaining and updating manuals and documentation for IT processes;
  • Working closely with our internal IT teams and external IT partners to ensure smooth and efficient IT support.
Your Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working onsite providing IT support and familiarity with IT support processes and tools;
  • Operational management and support of standard office hardware and applications, including Windows 11 and MacBook installation and management, smartphones and tablets like iPhones, iPads, and Android phones, Microsoft 365 (tenant) admin centers like Entra (Azure AD), Exchange, and Intune, Office 365 applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and other video conferencing room systems;
  • Basic knowledge of office networks (Wi-Fi) and printing;
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English;
  • Excellent customer service skills, energetic, positive, and enjoy helping people;
  • Ability to work independently and organize and structure your own work and tasks;
  • Eager to learn new things and keep up to date with developments, especially in Microsoft Cloud products.

The estimated salary for this position is €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
