Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to achieve sales and market share objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate regional category strategy into local plans, focusing on channel and customer needs
  • Identify shopper insights and develop actionable plans to win at the point of sale
  • Manage annual equity and pricing budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and market share growth
  • Support Associate Manager in building pricing strategy and accurate forecasts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in trade/customer marketing, category management, or sales
  • Fluent English language skills (written and oral)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Previous experience in FMCG or retail industry a plus
