Job Title: Senior Brand Manager, Spain

SC Johnson Professional is seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing effective marketing strategies to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and sales in Spain
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Manage and analyze market data to inform marketing decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure SC Johnson Professional remains competitive
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in trade marketing, customer marketing, or sales
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in FMCG or retail industry
  • Knowledge of market data and panels (e.g. AC Nielsen)
  • Ability to work in a complex environment and adapt to changing priorities
