Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our team in Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trade marketing and be able to develop and execute commercial plans for different channels and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate the Regional Category Strategy into plans by channel and customers.
  • Identify Shopper Insights and translate them into actionable plans to win at the point of sales.
  • Build and manage annual equity and pricing budget.
  • Build and implement promotional strategy.
  • Support Associate Manager in building pricing strategy.
  • Support Associate Manager in building an accurate forecast via the local S&OP process.
  • Develop trade presentations leveraging regional materials.
  • Build tailored growth plan for main customers leveraging assortment, promotions, merchandising, and marketing activation.

Requirements:

  • Business School Master or equivalent university degree.
  • 3-4 years' experience in Trade/Customer Marketing, CatMan, or Sales.
  • Fluent in English (both written and oral).
  • Full mobility, both short and long term.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Previous experience in FMCG or in a Retailer is a plus.
  • Previous experience using market data/panels (e.g., AC Nielsen) is a plus.
