Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for translating our regional category strategy into plans for the Spanish market, developing commercial strategies for different channels and customers, and managing equity and price budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate regional category strategy into plans for the Spanish market
  • Develop commercial strategies for different channels and customers
  • Manage equity and price budgets
  • Identify shopper insights and translate them into actionable plans to win at the point of sale
  • Build and implement promotional strategies
  • Support Associate Manager in building pricing strategy and accurate forecast
  • Develop trade presentations leveraging regional materials
  • Build tailored growth plans for main customers
Requirements
  • Business School Master or equivalent university degree
  • 3-4 years' experience in trade/customer marketing, category management, or sales
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Fully mobile, short and long term
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Previous experience in FMCG or retail is a plus
