**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager, Spain to join our team. Reporting to the Associate Manager (based in Spain), this role will serve as the primary point of contact for the Local Sales Team, Western Europe Customer Team, and Regional Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will possess a high sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a complex environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Translate the Regional Category Strategy into actionable plans for Spain, focusing on various channels and customers.
  2. Develop a commercial plan for different channels and customers, ensuring alignment with the Regional Category Strategy.
  3. Manage equity and price budgets, ensuring accountability for Net Sales, Delivered Profit, and Market Shares.
  4. Identify Shopper Insights and develop actionable plans to drive sales at the point of sale.
  5. Build and implement promotional strategies to drive business growth.
  6. Support the Associate Manager in building pricing strategies and accurate forecasts through the local S&OP process.
  7. Develop trade presentations leveraging regional materials and present innovation reviews to major customers.
  8. Collaborate with the category manager to develop tailored growth plans for main customers, focusing on assortment, promotions, merchandising, and marketing activation.

**Requirements:**

  1. Business School Master or equivalent university degree.
  2. 3-4 years of experience in Trade/Customer Marketing, Category Management, or Sales.
  3. Fluent in English (both written and oral).
  4. Fully mobile, with the ability to work short and long-term assignments.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  6. Previous experience in FMCG or Retail is a plus.
  7. Previous experience using market data/panels is an asset.
