Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share in Spain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Manage and execute trade marketing initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the Spanish market.
- Monitor and analyze market data to inform marketing strategies and optimize results.
Requirements
- Business School Master or equivalent university degree.
- 3-4 years' experience in trade/customer marketing, category management, or sales.
- Fluent in English (both written and oral).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Previous experience in FMCG or in a retailer is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a complex environment.
- Drive for results with a high degree of initiative and speed.
- Strong presentation and analytical skills.
- Organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
