About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including net sales, delivered profit, and market shares.
- Translate regional category strategies into local plans, focusing on different channels and customers.
- Identify shopper insights and develop actionable plans to win at the point of sale.
- Build and manage annual equity and pricing budgets.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and market share growth.
- Support the Associate Manager in building pricing strategies and accurate forecasts through the local S&OP process.
- Develop trade presentations leveraging regional materials and present innovation reviews to major customers.
- Build tailored growth plans for main customers, leveraging assortment, promotions, merchandising, and marketing activation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3-4 years of experience in trade/customer marketing, category management, or sales.
- Fluent in English (written and oral).
- Fully mobile, with ability to travel short and long term.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Previous experience in FMCG or retail is a plus.
- Previous experience using market data/panels (AC Nielsen) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work in a complex environment with high ambiguity.
- Drive for results with high initiative and speed.
- Strong presentation and analytical skills.
- Organizational and planning skills with ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Team player with ability to build relationships at all levels and across functions.
