Job Title: HR Leader EMEA

We are seeking an experienced HR Leader to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As HR Leader EMEA, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating HR activities in the region, working closely with the Area Leader EMEA and HR Business Partners to deliver an efficient and effective HR service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement global HR policies and programs in the EMEA region, promoting cohesiveness and collaboration with the Global HR team.
  • Create, coordinate, and implement HR projects in the region, focusing on building a thriving culture and employee engagement.
  • Plan, design, and execute HR services and programs aligned with functional business strategies.
  • Enhance and/or develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures for the organization.
  • Organize and execute talent acquisition, training and development, employment processing, compensation, and other HR-related activities.
  • Strengthen the EMEA HR organization and lead a team of HR Business Partners and other HR professionals.
  • Work with EMEA leadership to develop effective internal communications and ensure employment law compliance in different countries.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree
  • At least 7 years of HR leadership experience, ideally in an international environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels
  • Good working knowledge of current trends in human resources
  • Dynamic and flexible individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on and pragmatic, able to get things done
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a can-do mentality and the ability to work within a diverse and international team
  • Excellent communication skills in English
