Our Client
Our client is a well-known company with a portfolio of trusted hygiene, health, and nutrition brands. As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle customer queries over the telephone, email, chat, and social media, striving for first-contact resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilled and professional manner.
- Analyse customer problems and offer individual solutions.
- Offer an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
- Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client.
- Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
What Skills & Experience Will You Bring to Us?
- A fluent level of Turkish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
- A high level of English (both written and spoken).
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
