About Our Client

As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle customer queries over the telephone, email, chat, and social media, striving for first-contact resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilled and professional manner.
  • Analyze customer problems and offer individual solutions.
  • Provide an omnichannel service to consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client.
  • Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
  • A fluent level of Turkish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
  • A high level of English (both written and spoken).
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
What We Offer
  • A temporary contract with a 3-month probation period.
  • A full-time position with 39 hours per week.
  • A competitive salary of €17,537.76 gross per year.
