About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Employee Support to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees and managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient HR experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries and concerns, providing accurate guidance on HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Develop expertise in HR tools and programs to effectively support employees and managers in their daily tasks.
  • Support managers and employees in day-to-day HR processes, providing relevant information in accordance with Company policies.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing HR-related data, such as absences, bonuses, and leaves.
  • Create and distribute accurate documents related to the employee life cycle.
Requirements
  • Preferably experience in customer care within a Human Resources environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with employees.
  • A detail-oriented professional with high organizational skills.
  • Experience in Workday or similar HR roles is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
