About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have strong communication skills in German. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving business growth through effective outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate potential customers on our products through cold calling and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Run targeted outreach campaigns to generate high-quality leads using various tools and resources.
  • Transform potential business leads into sales prospects by delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and prospects in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide support in lead conversion and opportunity management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Native level of German language proficiency.
  • Full professional level of English language proficiency.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an SDR (outbound prospecting) ideally within the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong motivation and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Passionate about what you do and always looking to go the extra mile.
What We Offer
  • A permanent contract with a competitive salary range of €30,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
