About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Database Manager to join our team at Jd Sports Spain. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing our customer database and CRM activity, including email campaigns, research, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and manage email campaigns, including standard sends, automated sends, and trigger sends.
  • Manage the customer database, ensuring we protect our deliverability reputation by targeting customers effectively.
  • Understand the customer lifecycle and implement test and learn to optimize communications across all channels, email, paid, and outbound.
  • Define and implement segmented and promotional email communication plans, including lifecycle programs and behavioral targeting.
  • Implement measures to reactivate lapsed and dormant customers and recommend plans for divesting old data.
  • Work with the multichannel, buying, and merchandising teams to plan promotional email campaigns promoting key product areas and brand.
  • Continuously analyze and report site and content performance and recommend improvements and developments.
  • Develop a full email testing plan to test email content, subject lines, send times, and any other tests we wish to conduct.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience of CRM programs is essential.
  • University graduate or equivalent marketing qualification is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and a good multitasker is essential.
  • B2/C1 English.
