About the Role

Vml South Africa is seeking a seasoned Business Director to lead our Banking Unit and drive the growth of our Customer Experience and Innovation practice across EMEA. As a trusted business advisor, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships and cultivating existing ones to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Lead a team of account managers to deliver high-quality solutions and drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to account managers to drive their career growth and development

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in business development and leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of the banking industry and customer experience
