About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Director to join our team at Payoneer Inc. as a key member of our Risk Management department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business continuity plans, managing incidents, and ensuring the resilience of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Continuity Planning
    • Develop and maintain business continuity plans, including crisis management and incident response strategies
    • Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize critical processes and resources for continuity planning
  • Incident Management
    • Lead the process of analyzing potential incidents that may impact operations, finances, reputation, or compliance
    • Design and establish clear escalation pathways for addressing critical incidents
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes of incidents and implement preventive measures
  • Third-Party Risk Management
    • Develop and execute a robust third-party risk management framework
    • Oversee the assessment and continuous monitoring of third-party risks
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enhance risk mitigation strategies
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Experience
    • 8+ years of experience in business continuity planning, third-party risk management, or event management in finance
  • Skills
    • Deep knowledge of crisis management regulations in the US and globally
    • Understanding of financial institution operations and technology
    • Incident management experience with analysis skills
    • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and alignment abilities
    • Excellent communication skills
