Job Summary:

Senior Account Director/Group Account Director

Reporting to: Chief Client Officer

Location: Global

Role Focus: Lead international business as part of the International Client Services team. As a key member of the Omnicom Health Group, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development from a global perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and nurture a client services team, motivating multidisciplinary agency teams and managing client teams to deliver exceptional results.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in international markets.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of global clients.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and developing tailored solutions to drive success.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
  6. Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for health, creativity, and digital, and a commitment to promoting informed health decisions for all audiences.
