Senior Account Director Opportunity at CDM Barcelona

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Director to lead our international business from CDM Barcelona as part of the International Client Services team.

Cdm Barcelona is a leading international healthcare advertising agency, part of the Omnicom Health Group, and the largest and fastest-growing agency in Europe.

As a Senior Account Director, you will be a senior member of the client services team with vast experience in creative advertising agencies and cultivating global brands.

You will have led and nurtured a client services team, motivated multidisciplinary agency teams, and managed client teams.

Additional experience in healthcare is beneficial but not mandatory, as health and wellbeing is our day-to-day focus.

We are looking for someone who can slot easily into our multicultural dynamics and thrive in a close team environment, working with and through others to solve business challenges.

You will use your experience and social understanding to influence both internally and externally, always seeking out solutions that work for all parties.

You will also be a firm believer in the importance of making work fun.

We believe that if we're not having fun, we're not doing it right.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead international business from CDM Barcelona
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Manage and motivate multidisciplinary agency teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Director or similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passion for health, creativity, and digital
