Job Title: Senior International Account Director

Join CDM Barcelona, a leading international healthcare advertising agency, as a Senior International Account Director. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead international business from our CDM Barcelona office as part of the International Client Services team.

About the Role:

As a Senior International Account Director, you will be responsible for leading and nurturing a client services team, leading and motivating multidisciplinary agency teams, and leading and managing client teams. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the Chief Client Officer and other senior leaders to drive business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage client teams to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and development
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions
  • Manage and develop a team of client services professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
