At Trainline, we're building the future of rail, and we're looking for a talented Product Director, International to help us achieve our vision.

As a Product Director, International, you'll define and execute Trainline's bold and far-reaching international product strategy and vision. You'll lead a team of talented product managers and work closely with our executive team to inform our strategy and evolve our culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting a clear vision and strategy, while connecting that strategy to the detail of tactics.
  • Forging successful external relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Driving delivery and performance, developing a team who crave data in pursuit of insights.
  • Hiring, coaching and leading diverse and high-performing teams of Product Managers.
  • Working closely with Exec and Board to inform strategy and evolve our culture.

Qualifications:

  • We're looking for creative big thinkers with small egos.
  • You'll be an innovative, data-driven, commercially-minded Product leader with a stellar track record of creating and delivering best-in-class user experiences for top tier digital businesses.
  • Other key attributes should include:
    • A track record of building world-class Product teams.
    • Deep commercial acumen.
    • A product and design visionary.
    • Experience working across a complex and evolving product set.
    • Proven at building effective relationships across Commercial, Brand and Marketing.
    • A seasoned storyteller and exceptional communicator.
    • Fluency in English Spanish.
