Main Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable Management
    • Manage the company's accounts payable ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
    • Provide assistance with payment runs, including verifying and processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Financial Operations
    • Support the finance team with financial operations, including data entry, reconciliations, and reporting.
    • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Bank Reconciliations
    • Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
    • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to bank reconciliations.
  • Intercompany Accounts
    • Reconcile intercompany accounts at month-end, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
    • Assist with the preparation of intercompany account reconciliations and reports.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist with the preparation of customer-facing documents and reports.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or financial operations.
  • Skills
    • Intermediate Excel skills, including V Lookups, pivot tables, and data formatting.
    • Strong technical accounting skills, including knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
