About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Management Intern to join our team at Celonis. As a Product Operations Management Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our feature request process, ensuring seamless communication between product teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and qualify new incoming feature requests to ensure complete information and routing to the right product team
  • Lead a weekly assessment council with senior colleagues to identify critical requests requiring immediate attention
  • Follow up with product teams on critical requests to ensure a great customer experience
  • Lead the quarterly feature request assessment cycle to evaluate all feature requests
  • Govern the feature request backlog to ensure complete information and timely response
  • Implement process improvements and automations to increase efficiency
  • Monitor lead times and response times to customers and build analytics dashboards as required
Requirements
  • Technical Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong communication skills with a keen interest in interacting with customers
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and empathize with customers' needs and challenges
  • Ability to tackle complex problems using quantitative and qualitative approaches
  • Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
