We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Product Operations team as a Product Operations Management Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing and improving our feature request process, which is a critical component of our product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and qualify new incoming feature requests to ensure complete information and route them to the right product team.
- Lead a weekly assessment council with senior colleagues from both the product and go-to-market organization to identify critical feature requests that require immediate attention.
- Follow up with the product team on critical requests to ensure a great customer experience for the evaluation of those.
- Lead the quarterly feature request assessment cycle to ensure that product teams evaluate all feature requests.
- Govern all requests in the backlog to ensure complete information and timely response.
- Make process execution more efficient by implementing automations and monitoring lead times for feature request assessment and response times to customers.
- Technical Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science.
- Strong communication skills with a keen interest in interacting with potential customers.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and empathize with customers' needs and challenges.
- Ability and willingness to tackle complex problems using both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
- Proactive attitude, taking initiative and driving tasks to completion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including fluent English.
