About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our field service team and drive excellence in operations management. This role will be responsible for scaling our field engineering teams, improving processes, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of field services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Hire, train, and manage a team of 8-10 field engineers, developing skills and monitoring performance to achieve business objectives.">
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate field processes, increase operational efficiency, and resolve escalations quickly and effectively.">
  • System Enhancements: Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve tools that assist with scheduling, reporting, and data analysis.">
  • Performance Insights: Collect and analyze data from field operations to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback to enhance customer experience.">
  • Team Efficiency: Foster a culture that values efficiency, safety, and innovation while maintaining high standards for customer service.">
