The Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in driving Medialab's growth story forward, ensuring seamless scalability while maintaining the core values that have guided the company thus far. Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder, this leadership position will be responsible for developing and implementing operational processes that drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality across Medialab.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process/Systemology: Evaluate existing processes within the business, identify gaps, and ensure consistent use across Medialab to provide efficiency and scalability.
  • Client Operations Efficiency: Work with Client Managing Directors to ensure client operational efficiency within teams and smooth running of recently embedded revised team structures.
  • Medialab Services Audit: Review what Medialab offers, identify gaps, and maximize organic growth across channels and services.
  • Contract Management: Ensure Scopes of Work and SLAs in practice are reflective of what was agreed upon, reviewing the contract renewal process to ensure a proactive approach to client conversations.

Key Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing operational processes, driving efficiency and scalability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to drive change and implement new technologies, are also essential.
