Job Description

We are looking for a visionary leader to join our team as a Global Regulatory Strategy Lead. Your expertise in medical technology regulation will be crucial in enabling market access for our company in the Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) space. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging your knowledge of key regulatory frameworks to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Ensuring the company's readiness for compliance with relevant national and international regulations
  • Collaborating with internal teams and partners to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in medical technology regulation, with a strong background in neurotechnology and implantable devices. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in public speaking and representing companies in regulatory discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven ability to interact effectively with US and international regulators
  • Experience with PMA processes, 510(k) submissions, and clinical trials
  • Ability to apply knowledge of key regulatory frameworks strategically and operationally

A demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and a strong scientific and technical background are highly desirable.

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year
