Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs intern to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory team, you will be responsible for coordinating and submitting new drug applications, cosmetics, medical devices, food supplements, or any similar product to regulatory agencies in Spain. You will also collaborate with Commercial / Marketing teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain medicines regulatory activities, including new marketing authorization activities and maintenance of existing licenses;
  • Prepare administrative, quality regulatory packages, and safety-related variations for submission to Healthcare Authorities (H.A.);
  • Review and approve artwork with the help of the Regulatory Specialist;
  • Use internal AWS tools for efficient management;
  • Monitor new legislation, analyze its impact, and communicate changes to business partners;
  • Ensure completion of databases and maintain up-to-date information;
  • Advise on product information for Consumer affairs and consumer service;
  • Provide scientific advice for promotional materials with support from the Regulatory contact in the Regional Team.

Cosmetic Regulatory Activities

  • Review and approve artwork;
  • Internal AWS tool user;
  • Review of promotional materials for Healthcare Professionals, consumers, and internal departments;
  • Scientific advice for promotional materials with support from the Regulatory contact in the Regional Team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or similar field;
  • Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Industry preferred;
  • Fluent English language skills.
