About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Asset Management for our renewable energy assets in Europe. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical, commercial, and financial performance of our asset fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of our assets, ensuring optimal project revenue and cost control.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our utility-scale solar plants and stand-alone/hybrid battery energy storage systems, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including offtakers, financing parties, and transmission operators.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly operating reports, monthly actual to budget reports, and annual operating budgets.
  • Manage OM Agreements and Long-Term Services Agreements to ensure compliance from service providers and develop long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate outages and unplanned maintenance, including investigation, analysis, and resolution of system issues.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering or similar).
  • At least 10 years of experience within the renewable energy industry, working in asset management/OM of PV projects.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Italian (Spanish is highly desirable).
  • Experience working with PV/BESS regulated assets.
