About the Role:
The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Host/ess to join our team. As a Host/ess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up the host/hostess stand and review the reservation book
- Make recommendations for the set-up of the restaurant
- Welcome guests and take reservations
- Communicate with colleagues and managers to ensure guest needs are met
- Inspect the cleanliness of the dining room and private dining areas
Requirements:
We're looking for individuals with prior experience as a hostess in a prestigious hotel, who are able to work under pressure and handle difficult situations. You should be friendly, outgoing, and have a passion for providing high-quality service. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and you must have the legal right to work in Spain.
