We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solution Architect to lead our Digital Asset Management (DAM) development team at Mars (New). As the steward of our DAM solution, you will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of our Digital Asset workflow.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, deploy, and optimize the integration architecture that powers our Digital Asset Management & Content Marketing Workflows.
- Ensure end-to-end ownership of the DAM platform's architecture and functionality, in a multi-brand multi-country environment.
- Lead software engineering teams and deliver complex projects, fostering seamless alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
- Develop and manage APIs, including RESTful APIs and GraphQL, to facilitate communication between different components within the DAM platform.
- Implement AI-driven technologies and metadata enrichment strategies to enhance content discoverability and usability within the DAM system.
- Ensure the DAM system adheres to regulatory requirements related to data compliance, security, and privacy.
- Apply microservices architecture principles to foster scalability and modularity.
- Optimize content workflows, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
- Master's degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable software systems.
- Substantial expertise with digital asset management platforms, particularly Aprimo DAM.
- Proven expertise in full-stack development, demonstrating proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
- Work with over 130,000 diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
