Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tricare Beneficiary Service Representative to join our team at Leidos, Inc. in Rota, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our military families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide beneficiary education and enrollment services for the TRICARE Overseas Program under the Defense Health Agency.
  • Offer specific services to all eligible beneficiaries, including beneficiary education and enrollment, to assist in operating an integrated healthcare delivery system.
  • Travel from 25% to 75% of the time to various sites, verifying benefits eligibility and processing enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers.
  • Register beneficiaries in the Composite Health Care System and resolve enrollment discrepancies between systems.
  • Perform Primary Care Manager changes, following Military Treatment Facility guidelines, and provide education on resources and benefits to beneficiaries.
  • Collect, process, retrieve, and disseminate transfer information for active-duty portability/dis-enrollment processes.
  • Conduct briefings for In Processing, Out Processing, Maternity, and other events, and provide basic claims assistance.
  • Assess the appropriate assistance levels and forward calls or refer as needed to address beneficiary questions.
  • Collect and report information on daily activities performed, and maintain confidentiality and proper handling of Protected Health Information.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • SOFA/Command Sponsored as a dependent of an Active-Duty Service Member or DoD employee.
  • US Citizen.
  • ADP II/IT II clearance.
  • Three years' cumulative experience in U.S. military healthcare delivery systems or civilian managed care medical/administrative environments.

  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in written and oral communications.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Computer literate with Internet research experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 2010 or later applications.
