About the Role

This exciting opportunity requires a skilled IT professional to support our employees globally. As an IT-Corp Sys Admin, you'll be part of our global Corporate IT team, reporting to the IT Support team leader in Israel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch IT support to Payoneer employees worldwide.
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues with ease.
  • Collaborate closely with our cyber security team to ensure a secure environment.
  • Manage workstations, including deployment, configuration, and upgrades.
  • Keep track of all IT inventory, including hardware, software, and licenses.
  • Bring innovative ideas to the team, such as process improvements, automations, and more.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT professional with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with MDM solutions, Microsoft Windows OS, and Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of network fundamentals and video conferencing platforms.
  • High-level English language skills, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have

While not required, experience with Power Platform, PowerShell scripting, Virtualization environments, and Palo Alto Firewalls would be a great advantage.
