Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues
  • Collaborate with our cyber security team to ensure the security and integrity of our systems
  • Manage and maintain workstations, including deployment, configuration, and upgrades
  • Oversee IT inventory, including hardware, software, and licenses
  • Develop and implement new initiatives to improve IT processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
