Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our global Corporate IT team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to Payoneer employees globally, troubleshooting software, hardware and network issues, working closely with the cyber security team, and maintaining workstations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to Payoneer employees globally
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues
  • Work closely with the cyber security team
  • Maintain workstations, including deploying, configuring and upgrading
  • Keep track of all IT inventory, including hardware, software and licenses
  • Bring new initiatives to the team, including processes, procedures, automations, etc.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Great personality skills and service-oriented
  • Team player, out of the box thinker and creative
  • Tier 1 for customers seeking technical assistance
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions like SCCM/Intune/jamf
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows OS (servers and desktops)
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 (Exchange online, Azure AD, SharePoint)
  • Installation and management of end-user workstations (hardware, software and operating system)
  • Knowledge of network fundamentals (WIFI and LAN and VPN)
  • Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and solutions (Teams Room OS)
  • High level of spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Power Platform
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting
  • Familiarity with virtualization environments – VMWare
  • Familiarity with Palo Alto Firewalls, HPE Switches, Cisco Router
