We are seeking a highly skilled Junior IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Malaga. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the company's IT systems, as well as assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes.
The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of Windows OS and be fluent in English. Google Workspace experience is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees
- Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
- Completing internal user moves
- Creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software
- Undertaking small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues on Windows PCs, Macs, and Chrome OS devices
- Providing local and remote desktop support to over 1200 users across 24 global offices
- Preparing and maintaining documentation as required
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers at all times
Requirements:
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Fluent in English
- BASIC level understanding of Windows OS
