About the Role

At Revolut, we're on a mission to deliver more from our money. We're looking for a talented Head of Global Social Media to join our team and help us achieve our goals. As a key member of our Growth and Communications team, you'll be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive global social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global social media strategy that drives engagement and growth across multiple channels
  • Lead and mentor a team of social media managers to ensure high-quality content creation and timely responses to social media crises
  • Collaborate with the marketing, PR, and product teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Sprout to drive data-driven strategies and optimize content performance

Requirements
  • 5+ years of social media management experience, including 3-4 years of leading high-performing global social media teams
  • Proven track record of scaling social media followers across multiple channels and driving engagement and growth in competitive markets
  • Expert-level proficiency in social media listening, tracking, and analytics tools
